Hi there, Brotha in Boot Crime! Welcome to the site. We're not currently in LA but there are a number of online retailers who carry Cesare Paciotti...finding him in a size 13 or 14 seems to be more difficult, despite the fact that this really isn't a very unusual size. Maybe Male Models (like the alliteration?) generally have small feet? It always seems like designers are really creating for the models when it comes to fit, rather than for the general populace. Try EBay, where a number of sellers were offering larger size footwear by Cesare Paciotti, when we looked.
